Play priority will be lowered a lot if player has more than 1 actions left (to enable double Tactician decks that play the card each turn)

Play strategy added to not always play it if we’re going to buy top card in the buy rules

    Could the tactician be altered so that it is not played when doing so would lose the opportunity to purchase the top vp card? This change would make the tactician worse at complex engines and better with money decks.

    There seems to be an issue when playing the Tactician on a Throne Room (and with Tactician on a Throne Room on a Throne Room of course, too). The Tactitian effect doesn’t resolve in the next turn. Log available…
