When played:

• First, all terminal actions that exceed the number of actions left will be discarded
• Then, all extra Cellars and cards that are Coppers or worse are discarded (using the discard priority number of each card)
• Then, cards are drawn equal to the number of discarded cards
• The number of discarded cards will always be reduced so they don’t exceed the number of cards left in the deck and discard
