• The best treasures according to discard priority will be first on top

When played:

• put back an action card from hand if we have no more actions left, otherwise put back the best card if we can’t buy the top card in the buy rules, otherwise put back the best card that still allows us to buy the top card in our buy rules (best card according to their discard priority number)
