Haven

When played:

• first, player checks if he has more terminal actions than actions left. If so, he will Haven away the worst Terminal Action in hand
• if no Terminal action was Havened away, player finds the best Treasure in hand that can be Havened away without decreasing that turn’s buying power
• if still nothing was Havened away the worst card in hand will be Havened away
